Certain groups or users are unable to login to EOC even if the groups or users are able to login to NPM or SAM.
Only users with local administrator rights are able to login to EOC.

All EOC versions

Group policy took out Everyone from the default setting for security purposes.

  1. Run gpedit.msc.
  2. Expand Computer configuration > Windows Settings > Security Settings > Local Policies > User Right Assignment.
  3. Add the AD group or User to the policy “Access this computer from the network” (Only Administrators are listed).
  4. By default Everyone should be inside the list.
