Overview

While it is possible to install EOC on the same server with other Orion products, this is not a recommended practice. Due to sharing of information service and job engine service, this configuration becomes unpredictable. Many different issues can occur from polling to web resource errors.

Environment

EOC server with any Orion product installed on same server

Cause

Sharing of services Orion and EOC both in use.

Resolution

Uninstall either EOC or NPM from that server and re-install the selected app on a new server.
