Overview

When viewing the EOC website in Internet Explorer 11, users experience abnormal looking web pages.

  • Any EOC versions
  • Internet Explorer 11

Cause

Internal rendering issue in Internet Explorer 11.

Resolution

Note: If you are running Microsoft Windows 8.1 or Windows Server 2012 R2, an update has been provided by Microsoft to correct this issue. The update (KB2919335) needs to be installed on the machine.
