EOC and Internet Explorer 11 incompatibility issue

Overview

When viewing the Enterprise Operations Console (EOC) website in Internet Explorer 11, users experience abnormal looking web pages.

Environment

  • Any EOC versions
  • Internet Explorer 11

Cause

Internal rendering issue in Internet Explorer 11.

Resolution

Enable the Enterprise Mode if you are using Internet Explorer 11 and having issues with how EOC is being displayed in your web browser. See the following articles for more information on enabling Enterprise Mode on Internet Explorer 11:

Note: If you are running Microsoft Windows 8.1 or Windows Server 2012 R2, an update has been provided by Microsoft to correct this issue. The update (KB2919335) needs to be installed on the machine.
