Overview

Maps in the EOC website are not loading and you see an error:

An unexpected error occured.undefinedundefined

In the InformationService and Web logs, this information prompts:

SELECT Node.NodeId, Orion.Name, Orion.Website, Node.OrionId, Node.GroupStatus, Node.Caption
FROM EOC.Node AS Node
INNER JOIN EOC.Orion AS Orion ON (Orion.OrionID = Node.OrionId)
WHERE ((((Node.CustomProperty.CustomPropertyName = 'value') AND (Node.Status = 2)) AND (Node.CustomProperty.SLA = '51')) AND (Node.Status <> 1))
ORDER BY Node.Stats.CPULoad DESC

SELECT Node.NodeId, Orion.Name, Orion.Website, Node.OrionId, Node.GroupStatus, Node.Caption
FROM EOC.Node AS Node
INNER JOIN EOC.Orion AS Orion ON (Orion.OrionID = Node.OrionId)
WHERE ((((Node.CustomProperty.CustomPropertyName = 'value') AND (Node.Status = 2)) AND (Node.CustomProperty.SLA = '51')) AND (Node.Status <> 1))
