Overview

If a blank white screen is present after installing the Enterprise Operations Console (EOC), verify whether Windows Authentication is enabled in IIS. The EOC website does not work if this feature is not installed and enabled on the server hosting EOC.

Resolution

Confirm Windows Authenticationis enabled in IIS:

  1. Open IIS Manager Administrative Tools - IIS Manager.
  2. Click the + symbol next to the server name and next to sites, and click the EOC website on the list.
  3. Double-click the Authentication icon on the right side.
  4. Select Windows Authentication.
  5. Save the changes.
