Avoiding EOC Bad Data web errors

Run the EOC configuration Wizard at Start > All Programs > SolarWinds Enterprise Operations Console with all three initial options selected and default settings for the rest.


If the above does not help when this error is encountered, the following should be verified and a ticket with support should be opened if none are true:

  • The EOC database cannot be shared between two different instances of EOC.
  • If the server hosting EOC is formatted, the same EOC database cannot be used again.
  • If the certificate has been changed, the same database cannot be used.

If you wish to use the same EOC database, any Orion servers currently added to EOC must be deleted and re added again.
