Request additional MIBs to the SNMP MIB browser database

Overview

This article provides information on requesting additional MIBs to the SNMP MIB browser database. 

Environment

All ETS versions

Detail

The customer should create a ticket and attach the MIB files. SolarWinds will add them to the MIB database which is utilized by SolarWinds Toolset. The new MIB database can be accessed through the Customer Portal. Once you are logged in to your Customer Portal, select Helpful Links > Orion MIB Database. 

The following tools will have access to the MIB database:

  • SNMP MIB Browser
  • MIB Walk
  • MIB Viewer
  • SNMP Real-time Graph
