Network Monitor database has reached its limit

Overview

This article provides information on the issue when the Network Monitor reaches its database limit. 

Environment

  • All ETS versions 
  • All Windows versions

Resolution

  1. Close the Network Monitor.
  2. Run the following executable file:

-\Program Files (x86)\SolarWinds\Toolset\Network-Monitor-Maint.exe

  1. Click Compact and Repair database.
  2. When done, click Run Nightly Database Archive Now.
  3. Close the Network Monitor Database Maintenance tool.
  4. Reopen the Network Monitor.
