Overview

This article provides information and a resolution to the following error:

Run time error '339' Component 'SWLogo.ocx' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered; a file is missing or invalid

Environment

All ETS versions

Resolution

1. Go to C:\Program Files\SolarWinds\Common.

2. Locate SWLogo.ocx.

3. Right-click Open with > Choose program from a list. 

4. Select Browse or browse to the C:\Windows\System32\ directory.

5. Select Regsvr32.exe.

6. Click Run.

 

You should receive a notification that the registration is successful.
