Graphs fail and charts do not populate in real time interface monitor

Cause:

The VB6 and WSS tools (or .NET tools) have different SNMP credential databases. When users create "test" credentials in VB6 tools, and this credential does not exist in the WSS tools, the SNMP databases will mismatch, which causes graphs to fail.

Resolution:

To duplicate the VB6 tools credentials into the WSS tools: 

1. Click Start > Programs > SolarWinds Engineers Toolset > Utilities > Migrate Credentials > Reverse Migration.
2. Select the credential to be migrated, and then click Migrate Credentials. A window appears saying that import is successful.
