SSH and Telnet browser integration not working

You are unable to click the SSH and Telnet buttons on the top bar browser integration within the Node Details page.


All Engineer's Toolset versions



  1. Use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
  2. In order to use Toolset Integration in NPM, the account that you are logging in as must have Browser Integration enabled.
    1. Open the Orion Web Console.
    2. Go to Admin > Settings > Accounts.
    3. Manage the account that you need.
    4. Set Browser Integration to Allow.
  3. Start and run the SolarWinds Orion Toolset Integration Service Status from the Tray App on the PC where you access the Web Console. Click Start > All Programs > Engineer's Toolset > Utilities > Launch Toolset Integration Tray App.
