Overview

This article provides brief information and steps to resolve the issue when devices added in Network Performance Monitor and then imported into Workspace Studio do not show interface traffic data. Devices added directly in Work Space Studio display interface data correctly.

Error:

2016-04-15 16:36:39,941 [73] DEBUG SolarWinds.Toolset.IEE.CommonPollingEngine.InterfacePoller - InterfacePoller::HandleifPoll() Setting RemapNeeded for host: 192.168.112.243 due to No data

Environment

Toolset version 11 desktop

Cause

Data is not correctly imported from the TS Network Performance application.

Resolution

  1. Remove the affected devices.
  2. Go to Devices > Import devices > Toolset Network Performance Monitor > Assign Columns.

Note: Make sure the Columns are mapped correctly by selecting the Column and then selecting the IP Address and Community specifically and then import.
