Overview

This article describes the issue when Network Monitor reaches its database limit. 

Environment

  • All versions of Toolset
  • All versions of Windows

 

Cause 

Resolution

  1. Close Network Monitor.
  2. Run the following executable:

-\Program Files (x86)\SolarWinds\Toolset\Network-Monitor-Maint.exe

  1. Click Compact and Repair database.
  2. Once complete, click run Nightly Database Archive Now.
  3. Close the Network Monitor Database Maintenance tool
  4. Open Network Monitor.
