SolarWinds DPA stops working after uninstalling Ignite

After upgrading from Confio Ignite to SolarWinds DPA 9.0 or later, you uninstalled the Ignite program from the Microsoft Windows Programs and Features page. After doing this, SolarWinds DPA stopped working.

Uninstalling the Confio Ignite program also removes several of the SolarWinds DPA files and services that you upgraded to.



  1. Uninstall DPA 9.0 or later.
    Note: You will retain configurations settings, licenses, and logs.
  2. Reinstall DPA 9.0 or later.

The installer will restore the missing DPA 9.0 files.
