Table of contents

Updated 10/12/2017

Overview

This article describes why you may not have any CPU statistics for a MySQL instance in DPA.

Environment

  • DPA, all versions
  • Monitoring a MySQL database instance

Detail

MySQL performance schema does not make CPU statistics available. However, if these instance(s) are hosted on VMware virtual machines, you can use the VM License to get performance data from the VMware API.
