Learn More pop-ups in DPA

Table of contents

Updated February 14, 2017

Overview

This article explains the Learn More pop-up and how to disable it.

Environment

  • DPA 11.0 and later

Detail

DPA displays the Learn More pop-up automatically for first-time users when there is enough data collected by monitoring. DPA uses cookies to store whether the user has seen it. This prevents a situation where the pop-up displays every time a user logs in to DPA.

If your browser is configured to not store cookies, you can go to Options > Administration > Advanced Options and change the COOKIE_BASED_POPUPS_ALLOWED option to false. This prevents the pop-up from being displayed automatically for all DPA users.
