Instances with Highest Wait Time resource throws an error

Overview

After upgrading to the latest version of DPA/Orion, your DPA Orion Integration Homepage gets the following error on the Instances with Highest Wait Times resource:

There was an error while loading data for this resource.

An item with the same key has already been added.

Environment

  • DPA 10.2 or later
  • Orion Platform 2016.1.2
  • Affects all Central & Mountain time servers

Detail

This was due to a problem with the time conversion after the daylight savings time (DST) ended. The problem should automatically resolve itself on any systems after 14 days.

It is a known issue amongst our engineering team, and a fix will be prepared to ensure that it does not happen again in the future.
