This article provided steps on how to generate a System Usage Report for DPA.

Steps

  1. Within the DPA console go to Home > Options menu > Support > and click System Usage Profile.
  2. Save the file as your Company Name/SWID. 
  3.  If you have an open case where this information has been requested, please attach a copy of the usage report to the case.  Alternatively, please email a copy to customerservice@solarwinds.com referrencing your Solarwinds Customer ID and/or Case no.
