Character Set Mismatch error occurs when a user attempts to open the DPA Storage I/O tab

Overview

When you are attempt to open the Storage I/O tab in DPA, the page will not load and an error similar to the following is displayed:

Environment

  • DPA version 11.1 
  • Oracle repository database with a double-byte character set

Cause 

There was an issue with the query used to poll the data from the repository. 

Resolution

This issue has been fixed in DPA 12.0. Please upgrade to resolve the error.
