Change the refresh rate of DPA pages

Overview

This article describes how to change the refresh rate of the DPA pages. By default, the pages refresh every two minutes.      

Environment

All DPA versions

Steps

  1. Go to your DPA installation location and go to iwc\tomcat\ignite_config\idc\system.properties.
  2. Open the system.properties file in a text editor.
  3. Locate the entry:
    # REFRESH TIME FOR THE DASHBOARD PAGE
    #com.confio.iwc.dashboard.refresh.time.in.seconds=120
  4. Uncomment the 2nd line #com.confio.iwc.dashboard.refresh.time.in.seconds=120.
  5. Set the refresh rate to your preferred time period.
  6. Restart your DPA services.
