Buttons do not work when viewing the DPA Web Console locally

Clicking buttons, such as the Logon button, on the DPA Web Client does not work.


All DPA versions


This issue can occur when JavaScript is disabled in the browser.


  1. Open Internet Explorer and go to Internet Options.
  2. Go to the Security tab.
  3. Edit the zone you want to modify.
  4. Go to the Scripting section.
  5. Set "Active Scripting" to "Enable."
  6. Restart the browser and verify that the issue has been resolved.
