DPA is offline and license shows as Expired after renewal

Overview

DPA maintenance is renewed/active but the machine is not connected to the internet, license shows as Expired in the DPA console.

Resolution

Contact Solarwinds Customer Service to request for a license reset then perform an offline activation and generate a new license file via the customer portal.
