MRC v10 prompts to upgrade a v11 agent

Overview

When using MRC v10 to connect to a version 11 agent you are prompted to upgrade the agent. This downgrades the agent to version 10 and impacts the availability of version 11 features.

Environment

  • DameWare Remote Support 11.0
  • DameWare Mini Remote Control 11.0

Resolution

Do not upgrade the client by clicking No in the dialog prompt.
