This article provides brief information and steps to resolve the issue when the MRC cannot remotely install the client agent using a local administrator on remote systems running Windows Vista or later. Windows prompts for credentials and the remote installation fails.
This issue is directly related to Windows User Account Control (UAC), and cannot be resolved in the MRC program.
