Remove the DMRC Client Agent Service by batch

Overview

This article describes how to remove the DMRC Client Agent Service by batch.

Environment

DameWare version 9 and later

Steps

  1. Right-click on the machine where the DMRC Client Agent Service will be removed.
  2. Select Batch Processing.
  3. Enter the type of service to be removed in the Service Name field. Enter DameWare Mini Remote Control for DMRC and DameWare Server for DRS.

 

The status of each machine is displayed in the Batch window.

  • Active: indicates that this is the current machine where the agent was removed
  • Pending: indicates that the agent to be removed is still in the queue
  • Complete: indicates that the agent was successfully removed
