MRC/DRS not responding

Overview

The user is trying to connect to a target machine but it is returning a "not responding" error. 

Environment

  • Dameware Mini remote control Version 9 and later

Steps

  1. Go to local user's Appdata> Roaming directory.
  2. Delete the Dameware development folder.
  3. Launch the mini remote control.
