Install or remove the DameWare Mini Remote Control client Agent service

Overview

This will guide you about installing and removing DameWare Client Agent service.

Environment

  • DameWare Mini Remote Control 
  • Stand-alone or Centralized

Steps

 

Install the Client Agent service

  1. Open MRC.
  2. Click File > Install Service.
  3. Enter the Machine name or IP.
  4. Click Configure (If you need to customize).
  5. Click OK.

 

Remove the Client Agent service

  1. Open MRC.
  2. Click File > Remove Service.
  3. Enter the Machine name or IP.
  4. Click OK.
