Importation problem on Central Server

This article describes the issue when there's an importation error with this information on the logs:

Environment

All versions of DameWare Central Server

Steps

  1. Stop DameWare Central Server Service.
  2. Open the following config file: C:\Program Files (x86)\SolarWinds\DameWare Central Server\DameWare.Server.Service.exe.config
  3. Find the following line: <add key="DeleteADUsersPermanentlyAfterDays" value="30" />

   4.  Change value to 1: <add key="DeleteADUsersPermanentlyAfterDays" value="1" />

   5.  Start DameWare Central Server Service.

   6. Import AD users again.

Note: You can set value 30 after this procedure.
