Get logs for DameWare

Overview

This article explains how to get and customize logs from DameWare.

Environment

DameWare version 9.0 and later

Steps

  1. Open SolarWinds Log Adjuster.
  2. Close all DameWare programs on the machine.
  3. As a default, set everything to ALL.
  4. Click Apply.
  5. Replicate the issue that you have on your DameWare.
  6. Open Remote Support Diagnostic and click Start
  7. Save the file.
