Overview

This article provides additional information when upgrading the Dameware Central Server.

Environment

DameWare v11 and later

Detail

When you upgrade the Dameware Central Server, you must also upgrade the DRS and MRC applications to the same version. If the Central Server and DRS or MRC are on different version, DRS or MRC cannot connect to the Central Server.
