1. Upon launching Dameware Remote Support, on the left side pane you can see the browser where you can see all the Active directory objects.
If the network browser pane doesn’t appear, you can open it on View > Network Browser Pane.
On the Network Browser Pane, expand the Active Directory, expand the domain and then expand Active Directory Users & Computers.
Double click the active directory object type you want to view (i.e. Computers) and you will see
On the lower part of Viewer pane, you will see the AD Objects and AD Pictures Toolbar. Right click on the Properties button and choose AD Filter. 6.Select AD Filter and the AD Filter toolbar will appear on the right side of Viewer pane.
