This article describes the issue when the Upgrade agent prompt keeps popping up even after an upgrade.
All versions of DameWare Remote Support
User is prompted to upgrade the Client Agents after upgrading to new version by a pop-up window.
It is not possible to disable the pop-up prompt by a registry change. However, from the MRC side, this issue can be suppressed but this setting is not available globally. It is stored in the database for each host.
Note: You have to upgrade the client agents on all computers.
