DameWare Server component version numbers must all match to ensure that all components can communicate successfully with each other. If there is a version mismatch, reinstall the mismatched component to the correct version number, and run the Configuration Wizard again.
To determine the version number:
Logon to the computer with the DameWare Server component.
Navigate to Control Panel > Programs.
If necessary, select Uninstall a Program.
Find the DameWare component in the Installed Programs list. You may need to scroll to the right to find the version number.
