The easiest way to join an Internet Session is to click on the Internet Session link when the Mini Remote Control client agent is already installed on your computer. You will be automatically connected to the Internet Session.

The MRC client agent is a software component deployed to remote computers to allow the Mini Remote Control application to control them.

If you do not have a Mini Remote Control client agent installed on your computer, click on the Internet Session link to download and run the Internet Session agent which lets you join the Internet Session. The Internet Session agent is a single-use agent that must be downloaded each time you join an Internet Session.
