Remote Support and Mini Remote Control users can only be idle for a set amount of time before the DameWare Central Server closes their server session and they are logged off of the Remote Support or Mini Remote Control applications. By default, the session idle time is set to 5 hours.

To modify the idle time:

  1. Navigate to Central Server > Settings.

  2. Select Session expires in (hours).

  3. Click Edit in the Action bar.

  4. Enter the idle time in hours. Users can be idle from 1-24 hours.

  5. Click OK.
