Updated: September 19, 2017

You can create a Mini Remote Control session from Web Help Desk (WHD) from either a ticket or an asset. When saving Dameware information to WHD, you must have a ticket number or create a ticket so that the information can be saved to WHD.

To start Mini Remote Control from a ticket:

  1. Open a Web Help Desk ticket.
  2. Navigate to Asset Info > Ticket Asset.

After you close the session, you can choose to save the session details, chat logs, or screen shots to the WHD ticket.

To start Mini Remote Control from an asset:

  1. In WHD, search for the asset.
