The General tab provides the following customization options:
Some properties require you to restart Remote Support after you change them. Remote Support displays a dialog if it requires a restart.
Save Window Position: Clear this option if you want Remote Support to forget the window position last used by the application.
Show Date and Time: Clear this option if you do not want Remote Support to display the host system's time in the lower right corner of the application.
Add Icon to System Tray: Adds an Remote Support icon to the Windows system tray.
Minimize to System Tray: Select this option if you want Remote Support to minimize to the system tray instead of the Windows taskbar.
Limit to one Instance: Limits the Remote Support host system to only one open instance of the application at a time.
Don't show Central Server Login Dialog: Enables or disables auto login to the Central Server.
Close all connections on exit: Disconnects the Remote Support system from any remote systems when you close the application.
Close any current connections to the remote machine: Closes current connections on the remote system when you connect with Remote Support.
Remember Security Credentials: Click Reset to remove all saved logon credentials.
Display Grid: Displays a grid around all fields in the view.
Full Row Select: Enables highlighting of the entire row selected.
Hot-Track Selection: Enables a mouse-over highlight on the field.
One Click Activate: Enables a mouse-over highlight on the field and executes the properties for the selected field.
Underline Hot-Track: Underlines the field(s) selected.
This option can only be used in conjunction with the One Click Activate.
Use Tabbed MDI Frame: Clear this option if you want Remote Support to display the remote system views in stand-alone windows within the application.
To revert all settings on this tab to the default settings, click Reset All.
