DameWare Remote Support establishes focus on the Network Browser tree view on application start up. The following sections address how to navigate and read the items in this pane.

Keyboard shortcuts

The following keyboard keys and key combinations are supported throughout the Remote Support applications.

Switch between the Network Browser pane and MDI windows

Right/Left arrow keys

Expand and collapse items in the network browser tree view

Up/Down arrow keys

Navigate up and down the Network Browser tree view

Ctrl+F6

Switch between all open MDI windows

Ctrl+F4

Close the active MDI tab
