Overview

Users are unable to connect to Windows XP PCs.

Environment

All Dameware MRC versions

Cause 

There are known issue with Dameware 12.02 and machines running on Windows XP Operating System.

Resolution

 

Upgrade all instances of Dameware, including Agents to Version 12.03
