Overview

This article provides information on what happens after a SolarWinds product order is processed.

Environment

All SolarWinds products

Detail

  • Immediately after your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your customer ID. A separate email with customer portal log in instructions will then be sent. 
  • Please allow 2-3 business days for the license to be allocated to your account but we ask that you check your account continuously after you receive your email with your login details.
  • The start date for maintenance begins on the day the order is processed. It does NOT begin on the date the software is downloaded.
