Virtual classroom training in the Customer Portal

Overview

SolarWinds offers free on-demand or Instructor-Led training for select products to all customers with active maintenance. You can register for this training using Virtual Classrooms in your Customer Portal.

 

This article explains how you can register for Virtual Classroom training through the Customer Portal

Steps

 Note: you need to have active maintenance on one or more SolarWinds products in order to attend an Instructor-Led training class.

  1. Access the SolarWinds Customer Portal to register for training.  If you do not have a login, you can request access by following the steps in How do I access the Customer Portal.
     
  2. Once logged into the Customer Portal, go to the Support tab and select Virtual Classrooms.

     
  3. Select classes to register for.
  4. Alternatively, view the Virtual Classrooms Calendar to view all upcoming classes.
