This article gives information on the maintenance support for products with expired licenses.


All Orion versions


Active Maintenance entitles you to receive 24/7 Technical Support, new releases and hot fixes of the product(s).


If your maintenance has expired, you are not be entitled to receive Technical Support.  If a Technical Support Ticket is opened with an expired maintenance license, then the user is transferred to the Customer Service teams.

Once the license maintenance has been renewed, and the license is no longer expired, users can contact Technical Support regarding any technical queries or issues for their product(s).
