If you have applied for the GNS3 Standard Toolset offer and have not received your license or account details, this article outlines the steps you would need to follow.



Contact SolarWinds Customer Service and provide the following information:


  • Web link used to apply
  • Email address used to sign up
  • Company Name:
  • First Name 
  • Last Name 
  • Phone Number:
  • Address 1 
    • City
    • State
    • Zip
  • Date you signed up


SolarWinds Customer Service will check the system.  If the account has not been created, we will engage with our IT team to have the account generated.


Please note that we cannot deliver licenses to certain countries that are on our Embargo list.
