Offline Activation (when generating offline license file via your customer portal) :
From the License Management page in your Customer Portal, check the maintenance expiry date of your license.
You can check what version you are entitled to by clicking Choose Download icon. The version and the release date are shown here. If the maintenance on your license has expired, you will only have the option to download the version you are entitled to.
If you have downloaded a newer version, the activation key will not work with that version. You have two options:
