Overview

The following error occurs when logging to the Customer Portal using your User Profile (Email address and password):

The Customer ID or Email and/or password do not match. You have 3 more attempt(s) before account is locked. 

             

 

 

 

 

 

 

Detail

  • You must enter the correct password. If you require a password reset, please refer to the following article:

  • If you have entered the correct password and are still getting the same error, there may be a disconnect between the Customer Portal and the SolarWinds internal database.  You will need to contact SolarWinds Customer Service for assistance.
