Overview

This article gives information on the maintenance support for products with expired licenses.

Environment

All Orion versions

Detail

Active Maintenance entitles you to receive 24/7 Technical Support, new releases and hot fixes of the product(s). If product maintenance has expired, you are not be entitled to receive any of above. If Technical Support ticket is opened with an expired maintenance license, then the user is transferred to the Customer Service teams.

 

Please note that SolarWinds licenses are perpetual and you can continue to utilize functionality of the product (i.e. monitoring, edit your devices) after the maintenance has expired. You can check Product Maintenance Features and Renewals Information from here:

Once the license maintenance has been renewed, and the license is no longer expired, users can contact Technical Support regarding any technical queries or issues for their product(s).
