Remove contacts through the Customer Portal

Overview

This article describes how to remove contacts through the Customer Portal using an admin account.

Steps

  1. Log in to the SolarWinds Customer Portal using an account with admin permissions.
  2. Select Company Account Settings from the top right corner.
    Note: Only those with admin permissions will see the option for Company Account Settings.




3. Click the X next to the profile you wish to delete and then click remove.  That contact will no longer have access to the Customer Portal.
