New User - How do I access the Customer Portal

Overview

This article provides information on how NEW USERS can access the Customer Portal to review license details/downloads, support cases and access free product training in the Virtual Classrooms.

 

Steps

Each customer who would like access to the SolarWinds Customer Portal would need to register at https://customerportal.solarwinds.com/.

 

An email is sent to the listed Account Admin of that account advising that a new contact has requested access to their account.  Refer to SolarWinds Customer Portal - New User Linked to Your Customer Account

 

It is at the Admin's discretion as to whether the request is approved or denied.
