How can I get a full list / audit of my Solarwinds Accounts?

Overview

This article provides information on how to generate report with the following details based on your SolarWinds accounts:

  • Customer ID
  • Company Name
  • Primary Contact(s)
  • Licenses and quantity
  • Maintenance expiry date

Steps

  1.  Email customerservice@solarwinds.com requesting an account audit.
  2. Provide the company name including any previous names the company would have traded under, as well as the company email domain.

Note:

  • If you are a Reseller/3rd party requesting this information on behalf of a customer, we require written approval from the end user that we can share this information with you. Solarwinds Customer Service will input this information into our system, generate the report and send you a copy in excel format.
