Access to the account is blocked (Customer Portal)

Overview

The following error message appears when logging in to the Customer Portal using an email address and password:

Access to the account is blocked.  Please contact SolarWinds Customer Service

Resolution

  1. Please contact SolarWinds Customer Service so that we can investigate this issue
  2. Include the email address you are using to log in, as well as your Customer ID.

 

Access to a Customer Portal is blocked due to non-payment of an invoice.  Our payment terms are Net 30 (unless otherwise agreed with our Accounting Department).  If payment is not received within 30 days since order was placed, you risk access to your Customer Portal being blocked.

 

If there are no payment issues on the account, but you are still unable to access the Customer Portal, the Customer Service team will investigate the matter further.
